Cam Zhen (they/them), BA, is an undergraduate student majoring in Sociology and Political Science with a certificate in GIS. Cam has previously graduated from the University of Miami with a BA in Music, computer science minor, and trumpet performance certificate. They started working with Citizen Science GIS in 2021 as a Drone and GIS Intern but have also embraced educational outreach with CSGIS’s GeoBus project. Additionally, Cam attended our NSF REU in Belize in the summer of 2022 as a member of the flood research team. Their research interests include sustainability, social inequalities, and gender theory
